In-Home Services In Virginia

We provide necessary drug testing, therapy, and consultations. Our outpatient services are available to anyone who can benefit from a personalized approach. We also provide in-home care services for families in need.

Our mission is to create a therapeutic relationship with each person we serve so that they may develop new insight into their emotional patterns, and the impact these patterns have on their daily life, learn new skills to enhance their chances of finding self-worth and happiness, and ability to effectively respond to stressors within the environment.

Our Therapeutic Approach

Our approach is guided by empirical research on integrative, attachment, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, & family therapy. We always look for patterns and then integrate them into a plan where we can help the patient grow and heal. Our approach to psychotherapy is tailor-made to fit your unique needs as an individual, couple, or family. Additionally, their culture, values, and beliefs will always be an integral part of the therapy process.

Our comprehensive wrap-around services typically includes individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and case management. These services are provided by licensed mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health clinicians.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are designed to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a mental health professional. This can help individuals gain insight into their emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns, and develop strategies to manage their mental health more effectively.

Group Therapy

Group therapy sessions offer a supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences and learn from one another. Group therapy sessions are often focused on specific issues, such as anxiety, depression, or addiction, and are led by a mental health professional.

Psychiatric Evaluations

Psychiatric evaluations are conducted by a licensed psychiatrist and involve a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s mental health. This may include a review of medical history, a physical exam, and a discussion of symptoms and treatment options.

Medication Management

Medication management involves the use of medications to treat mental health conditions, such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, and mood stabilizers. Medication management is typically provided by a psychiatrist or other licensed medical professional.

Case Management

Case management involves coordinating care and services for individuals with complex mental health needs. Case managers may work with individuals to develop a treatment plan, connect them with community resources, and provide ongoing support and advocacy.

Overall, psych and outpatient services offer a comprehensive approach to mental health care, providing individuals with the support, resources, and treatment they need to manage their mental health and improve their overall well-being.
