Mental Health Skills Building

Building Valuable Mental Health Skills

Our Mental Health Skills Building program services persons between the ages of l8 to 64 years old providing support training in areas of daily life functioning, medication management, health and safety, and use of community resources. The Mental Health Skill Building program is purposed to promote community stability and independence for persons identified with significant psychosocial challenges resulting from mental health illness.

Daily Life Functioning

For persons with mental illness, daily life functioning tasks that others may take for granted can be significant psychosocial challenges. We understand the frustration that results from these challenges can have compounding effects, resulting in lower life quality. Our team is equipped and trained to assist you in overcoming any tasks that may be causing frustration.

Medication Management

In-Home therapy for both individuals and families. Get the support that you and your family deserve right at home to overcome challenging mental health conditions.

Complex Problem Solving

Social skills are not only in increasing demand as population grows, but are harder to develop in an online digital world. Interpersonal communication is a vital skill that can be grown and mastered with professional assistance.
